• Owner of "GS - Prof. Dr. Gernot Schiefer Psychoanalytic Consulting" - Core areas: Coaching, Teambuilding, Diagnostics, Supervision
• Managing partner of ProSpector^®, a company for qualitative market research and marketing consulting
• Partner of the Institute for Management Development (IME) for which I designed and arranged seminars for executive development and coaching
