Transformation

I have been a partner in the iTM Institut für Transformationsmanagement since 2023. The iTM was founded by three shareholders who, together with various partners, support organizations in designing and implementing transformation processes.

Many companies and organizations face challenges that demand change. We help entrepreneurs and organizations to become more effective and flexible in order to deal with their own transformations and change processes.

A central topic is dealing with artificial intelligence. The shareholders and partners have special expertise in this area, which enables them to provide tailored advice and support to companies.

At iTM, I contribute my experience and knowledge from leadership development and psychoanalysis of resistance to change to advise companies on their transformation.
